ACSAP Portal access other than UPL

UPL Certification & Recertification

ACSAP Portal access for USPS MRS Mail Labels

    You are registering for ACSAP private portal and DAMIS functionalities as a garrison ASAP staff member, ASAP professional, and MRO.

-Or-

You are a commander looking for access to ACSAP private portal for Risk Reduction (or Reserve Component Risk Reduction) Program tools. 		    Initial Certification & Recertification of UPLs to comply with AR 600-85 and conduct military unit collections. Information submitted must be verified by commander via e-mail.

This program is for:  1.)  Deployed Soldiers who have been designated by their Commander to attain certification and serve as UPL.

-Or-

2.)  Deployed Soldiers who are currently serving as UPLs whose certification has expired or is getting
ready to expire.

-Or-

3.)  Remotely stationed MEPS permanent party Soldiers (outside a 50 mile radius from an active duty Army installation). 		    You are a UPL who is deployed with the ARCENT / CENTCOM
and need access to print USPS MRS labels.

You are UPL who has not registered with the ACSAP website

NOTE: If you already have access to ACSAP Portal, use your existing username and password. DO NOT register again.
